Can I collect my advance booking tickets from the automated ticket machine?
Yes, you can collect your tickets on the day of the performance, either from the automatic ticket collection machines or from any till point within the cinema. Please note, you will need your booking reference or the credit/debit card number used to make the booking. Also, all Unlimited cards must be presented at the ticket check point. Any customer who is unable to produce a valid Unlimited card may be refused admission.
Please note, you will not be able to cancel your advance booking once you have collected your tickets from the cinema.
